Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in insurance sales (Life/General/Health)
Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct need-based selling by understanding customer requirements
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients
Provide after-sales support and service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Channel Management (if applicable):
Work with banking or channel partners for business generation (for Direct or agency models)
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer servicing
