Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases.
Explain immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.) and assess client eligibility at a basic level.
Generate interest and set up appointments for senior counsellors.
Maintain follow-up with potential clients and convert leads into consultations.
Enter and update client information in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Handle client queries courteously and professionally.
Collaborate with the counselling and documentation teams for smooth workflow.
Coordinate with case officers and documentation teams for smooth application processing.
Handle client queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Meet monthly targets for client enrolments.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
