• The candidate should have a minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in the real estate industry   

          Job description:

·        Contact potential or existing customers to educate them about a product.

·        Responsible for generating sales by calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.

·        Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.

·        Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers - Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.

·        Email all project information to potential customers.

·        Setup appointments with prospective Clients

·        Convert the lead to a prospect and pass it on to Sales.

·        Energetic, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, Achieve Targets

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
