Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller (DMAT Process – MStock) to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. The role involves handling customer calls, generating leads, and converting them into successful DMAT account openings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and generate leads
Explain DMAT account benefits & assist in registration
Handle customer queries and objections
Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Maintain follow-ups and client relationships

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Telecalling/Sales
Good communication in English & Hindi
Target-driven with convincing skills
Basic stock market knowledge is a plus

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand)
Shift: Day Shift | Sunday Working | 1 Rotational Off
