JOB SUMMARY:
WE SEEK AN ENTHUSIASTIC •SALES CALLING EXECUTIVE TO MANAGE CALLS, GENERATE LEADS, EXPLAIN PRODUCTS/SERVICES, AND CLOSE SALES. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A CUSTOMER-FOCUSED MINDSET TO MEET SALES TARGETS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAKE OUTBOUND SALES CALLS TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS USING PROVIDED LEADS/DATA HANDLE INBOUND CUSTOMER QUERIES AND FOLLOW UP ON INTERESTED PROSPECTS EXPLAIN COMPANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES CLEARLY AND
CONFIDENTLY
GENERATE LEADS AND CONVERT THEM INTO SALES OPPORTUNITIES
MAINTAIN DAILY CALL REPORTS AND UPDATE CUSTOMER DETAILS IN CRM OR EXCEL
FOLLOW UP WITH PROSPECTS VIA CALLS AND MESSAGES
ACHIEVE DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY SALES TARGETS
COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS FOR SMOOTH SALES CLOSURE
MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
GRADUATE / UNDERGRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN TELECALLING, SALES CALLING, OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT (FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY) EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (HINDI REQUIRED; BASIC ENGLISH PREFERRED)
CONFIDENT, PERSUASIVE, AND GOAL-ORIENTED PERSONALITY
ABILITY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER OBJECTIONS PROFESSIONALLY
BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL / CRM TOOLS
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MEET TARGETS
PREFERRED SKILLS (GOOD TO HAVE):
EXPERIENCE IN B2B OR B2C SALES
. KNOWLEDGE OF LEAD GENERATION AND FOLLOW-UP PROCESSES
EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION, MEDIA, IT, OR SERVICE SALES
