Full Time
Receive and respond to enquiries via phone and email; provide product information and pricing
details.
2. Prepare and follow up quotations.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing: checking material availability, stock updates,
delivery schedules.
4. Maintain accurate sales documentation and enter order and client data into internal systems.
5. Assist the sales team in preparing client presentations and proposals.
6. Follow up with clients on order confirmations and payment status.
Requirements / Skills
• Educational Qualification: Graduation preferred (Commerce/Business discipline preferred).
• Experience: Min 2 years in a Quotation preparing or coordination role; exposure to metal or
industrial products is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)
• Proficient in MS Office (Advance Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Customer‑focused attitude with good interpersonal skills
