Job Description

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/students

  • Explain programs/services clearly and confidently

  • Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries

  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

  • Coordinate with the sales/counseling team when required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

  • Comfortable with calling and convincing people

  • Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

  • Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
