Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers/students
Explain programs/services clearly and confidently
Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries
Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales/counseling team when required

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Comfortable with calling and convincing people
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
