  • Source new customers for Personal Loans & OD products

  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

  • Handle end-to-end loan process (lead generation to disbursement)

  • Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)

  • Coordinate with credit/operations teams for approvals

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
