Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain product/service details clearly and confidently
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling
Ability to convince and negotiate
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Freshers can apply (experience in telesales is a plus)
