Job Role: Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote Tata Capital financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans and Credit Cards.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain proper lead records.

Eligibility

Freshers:

• 10th / 12th / Any Graduation / Undergraduates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

Experienced Candidates:

• Candidates with outbound calling / telesales experience are preferred.
• Customer Support candidates must have relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge of South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and lead conversion.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹20,000/- Take Home
• Experienced: Up to ₹27,000/- Take Home

Benefits

• Yearly bonus instead of monthly incentives.
• Candidates earning up to ₹25,000 take-home: ESIC coverage of up to ₹5 Lakhs, subject to applicable terms.
• Candidates earning ₹25,000–₹27,000 take-home: ₹5 Lakhs insurance coverage for self, spouse and two children, provided by Tata Capital.

Working Days

• 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off
• Sunday working may be required, with a compensatory weekly off.
