We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to join our team at at Manav Management Group. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Guide students about various courses and career opportunities
· Handle enquiries and leads received from calls, chat, walk-ins, or online portals
· Respond to student queries related to courses, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students or prospects
· Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.
· Update student records, enquiries, and follow-ups in the system or CRM.
· Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Work towards admission targets and conversion goals
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
