Job Requirements:

Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in sales can apply
Experience in International BPO / International Sales / International Process will be preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory
Strong customer-focused approach with ability to understand client needs
Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-oriented mindset with ability to achieve monthly targets
Willingness to work in US/Night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Ability to handle objections professionally and build long-term client relationships
Basic understanding of sales process, lead generation, and follow-ups
Experience in US logistics, trucking, dispatch, or BPO sales will be an added advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
