Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products and services.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Tele calling, Telesales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
