Tele calling

We need a Solar Telecaller who can call people and tell them about solar rooftop and solar power plant systems. Your main job is to talk to customers, explain benefits of solar, and collect their details for our sales team.

Work Responsibilities

• Call customers from given phone numbers

• Explain solar power plant benefits in simple words

• Ask basic questions (electricity bill, rooftop space, location)

• Fix appointments or site visits for the sales team

• Do follow-up calls

• Update customer details in records

Skills Required

• Good talking skills

• Can speak Hindi / English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ready to work with targets

• Polite and confident while talking
