About the Role*

Gem Homes Realtech Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic Tele Caller to join our Vasant Kunj team. You’ll be the first voice of our company, connecting with potential property buyers and sellers over the phone.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate quality leads

- Explain property details, projects, and schedule site visits

- Maintain daily call records and client data in MS Excel

- Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships

- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets

*Requirements*

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass

- Experience: 0-2 years; Freshers welcome

- Skills: Good spoken Hindi & English, convincing skills, basic computer & MS Excel knowledge

- Candidate must be comfortable with cold calling

- Only female candidates, as per current opening

*Job Details*

- *Location*: Vasant Kunj, Delhi

- *Timing*: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- *Working Days*: 6 days a week

- *Salary*: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month + incentives
