Job Description

Job Title: Interior designer sales and BDE

Location: Delhi NCR | 🕒 Full-time | On-site

We are hiring on behalf of a leading interior architecture company for the position of Business Development Executive. This client-facing role involves generating, qualifying, and converting leads for residential and commercial interior projects, while closely collaborating with the Principal Architect and Design Team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media.

  • Respond to client inquiries and assess project requirements (budget, location, scope).

  • Conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) and confidently present design services.

  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.

  • Follow up on leads to ensure timely deal closures.

  • Maintain accurate lead and client records.

  • Represent the studio professionally during client meetings and site visits.

  • Support marketing efforts, including participation in events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within interior design, architecture, or real estate.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and target oriented.

  • Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
