Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about company services (AMC, Projects, IT Services, CCTV, Fire Alarm, etc.)
Follow up on leads generated through marketing, references, or client databases
Explain services clearly and address customer queries professionally
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/technical team
Maintain and update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel
Handle incoming calls and provide basic service-related information
Coordinate with internal teams for lead status and client requirements
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets
Maintain proper call etiquette and ensure customer satisfaction
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, calling software)
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
Graduate / HSC pass
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
from Monday to Saturday ( 9:30am To 6:30pm)
