Job Description

Schedule service visits, installations, and preventive maintenance.

Assign task to service team, schedule service visit

Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests

Provide updates on service status, visit schedules, quotations, and spare availability.

Track warranty periods, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals, and service due dates.

Follow up to service team

Maintain records of above mention activities and update CRM
