Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone calls and educate them about our insurance products. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customer, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls:
- Initiate and handle outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and sell insurance products and services to potential clients.
Identify Customer Needs:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of insurance policies.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer information is captured correctly and confidentially.
Compliance and Training:
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to insurance sales.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.
