Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive (Finder) who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and filtering relevant customer inquiries into potential business leads. The candidate will play a key role in tele-calling, lead qualification, database management, and forwarding quality leads to the sales team based on predefined criteria.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain a database of all received inquiries.

2. Call prospective customers and qualify relevant inquiries.

3. Filter out non-relevant or non-potential inquiries.

4. Pass qualified leads to the next level/team as per defined criteria.

5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and rejected inquiries.

6. Ensure timely communication with prospects through tele-calling.

7. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead transfer and updates.

8. Maintain daily call reports and inquiry status records.

9. Achieve lead qualification targets and productivity standards.
