Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives and drive consistent revenue growth through effective sales planning, coaching, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives

• Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance

• Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities

• Assist team members in negotiations and closing high-value deals

• Conduct regular training sessions, role plays, and performance reviews

• Track sales pipelines and ensure targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales processes

• Handle client escalations and maintain strong business relationships
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in B2B and Inside Sales

• Prior experience in team handling and performance management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of overall sales experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role preferred

• Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
