Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Handle client meetings, property visits, and negotiations.
Guide team members in closing property deals.
Monitor daily team performance and maintain sales reports.
Train new team members and improve sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales and team handling.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of residential or commercial real estate is preferred.
