Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful bookings.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, site visits, and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide training/coaching to improve sales performance.
Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead generation and campaign execution.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.
Identify new market opportunities and support business growth.
