Job Description

Key Responsibilities•:

Vendor : Vendor development and doing purchase activities

- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with transporters, couriers, client and warehouse teams for smooth operations

- Documentation: Prepare and verify invoices, LR, GRN, E-way bills, BOE, and other shipping documents

- Inventory Control: Track stock movement, manage dispatch schedules, and minimize transit delays

- Cost Optimization: Negotiate freight rates and select cost-effective transport modes

- Compliance: Ensure all shipments follow GST, customs, and company policy guidelines

- Reporting: Maintain daily MIS of shipments, delivery TAT, and escalate delays to management

- Customer Service: Handle client queries related to dispatch status and resolve logistics issues

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of logistics

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Understanding of GST, E-way bill, and transport documentation

- MS Excel proficiency for tracking and reports

- Problem-solving and ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate

- Experience: 1-3 years in logistics, courier, or supply chain operations

Coordinate dispatch schedules & planning
Manage outbound/inbound logistics
Ensure timely delivery through route optimization & tracking
