The Student Relationship Executive is responsible for interacting with students, understanding their academic needs, guiding them on suitable courses/programs, resolving queries, and converting leads into admissions. This role involves counseling, soft sales, communication, and relationship management.
Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and institute offerings
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Provide accurate information and resolve student queries
Manage and respond to incoming leads (online/offline)
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students
Convert interested leads into admissions/enrollments
Explain the admission process, fees, and course details
Assist students with documentation and form completion
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with students
Address existing student concerns and provide support
Collect feedback and share insights with the management
Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, and administrative staff
Support institute events, workshops, and orientation programs
Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
Strong counseling and active listening skills
Lead management & soft sales abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email writing)
Positive attitude, confidence, and problem-solving skills
Time management and teamwork
Bachelor's degree (Any stream)
Experience in counseling/admissions is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
