Job Brief
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner (CP) to spearhead the acquisition, onboarding, and performance management of real estate channel partners (brokers, agents, and aggregators). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner network to drive lead generation and bookings for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and onboard active real estate channel partners and brokers across target geographies.
Develop a strong channel ecosystem to enhance project reach and sales funnel.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
Conduct regular CP meets, training programs, and project briefings to keep partners engaged and informed.
Ensure partners are equipped with sales collaterals, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional material.
Monitor and track CP performance against defined targets and KPIs.
Resolve queries from channel partners related to inventory, pricing, commissions, and documentation.
Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to align partner efforts with overall sales strategy.
Implement incentive plans, loyalty programs, and engagement campaigns to motivate and retain top-performing partners.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and channel dynamics to strategize effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in real estate or allied industries.
Proven track record in broker/channel partner acquisition and sales conversion.
Strong network of real estate brokers and agents in the region is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
