Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive Tele-Sales cum Billing Executive to manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pre-sales engagement to billing and post-sales follow-up. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic billing knowledge to ensure smooth sales closure and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales & Lead Generation:Identify and generate leads through calls, inquiries, and referrals. Understand customer needs, explain products/services clearly, and qualify prospects.Tele-Sales & Sales Closure:Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls, negotiate pricing where applicable, and convert leads into confirmed orders.Billing & Documentation:Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic sales documentation accurately and on time. Coordinate with accounts or operations if required.Post-Sales Support & Follow-Up:Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, resolve queries, and encourage repeat business or referrals.CRM & Reporting:Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up status. Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and pending payments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong verbal communication and persuasion skillsExperience in tele-sales, customer support, or billing (preferred)Basic knowledge of invoicing, GST, or billing software (advantage)Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficientlyCustomer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
