Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to manage client enquiries, drive conversions, and support business growth initiatives.

This role involves handling qualified leads, maintaining consistent follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams for onboarding, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end sales cycles and maintaining professional client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries

• Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements

• Maintain structured follow-ups to drive lead conversion

• Update and manage lead data in CRM systems

• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth client onboarding

• Prepare and maintain sales reports

• Support marketing campaigns and follow-up activities
  

• Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience handling B2C or service-based sales preferred

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

• Ability to work from the Koramangala office
