Job Description

Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead management and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans

  • Generate leads and drive conversions through channel partners, online platforms, and direct sales

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits

  • Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management

  • Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth workflow


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

  • 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales (at least 2+ years in a managerial role)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value targets

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of the NCR real estate market

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
