Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Location: Project Area – Flexible to travel across Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives (Based on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle leads, understand customer requirements, and explain project details.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Negotiate with clients, close bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with CRM and Finance teams for smooth documentation and closure.
Travel to project sites as required.
Key Skills:
Excellent English & Kannada communication; proficiency in 2 regional languages preferred.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent lead follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Result-oriented and customer-focused approach.
End-to-end real estate sales experience preferred.
