Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to join our team at L Singh & Associates(Ca Firm)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional with strong knowledge of sales operations and accounting. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, business development, sales coordination, payment follow-ups, invoicing, and sales-related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and negotiations.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.

Sales Accounting & Financial Coordination

• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, quotations, and billing records.

• Maintain customer ledgers and monitor outstanding payments.

• Follow up with clients for pending payments and receivables.

• Reconcile sales records with accounting entries.

• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding receipts, credit notes, and outstanding balances.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and receivables statements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and sales-related accounting.

• Good knowledge of sales processes, billing, invoicing, and customer ledger management.

• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and deadlines.

• Target-oriented approach with good analytical and organisational skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, and accounting coordination.

• Candidates who can independently manage client relationships, sales reporting, and payment collection.

• Immediate joiners may be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
