Achieve the allotted AOP and sales targets for the region, demonstrating a commitment to outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity. Generate sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls HVAC product range tailored to the Data Center Vertical Customer Accounts, ensuring a customer-focused approach while removing obstacles to enhance their experience. Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Deliver engaging sales presentations that articulate the technical aspects of Johnson Controls' products, showcasing continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities. Negotiate offers and contract terms, including legal, financial, payment, and other terms, while ensuring adherence to organizational approval matrices. Establish and nurture strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and architects. Conduct market and industry research to gather competitive intelligence and identify potential challenges affecting sales strategies. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to ensure comprehensive representation of company products and services. What we look for? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in HVAC product sales, with a focus on the datacenter industry. Proficiency in developing Go-To-Market strategies for HVAC products aimed at the Data Center sector. Strong networking skills and a well-established connection with leading HVAC consultants and contractors. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to independently propose cost-saving measures to enhance profitability. Proficient in MS Office and capable of working proactively with minimal supervision.
