Senior Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive to join TeamLease Services Ltd. in Bangalore. The role involves acquiring new business clients, generating leads through outbound calling, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving monthly revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with B2B inside sales experience who are passionate about business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.

• Build and maintain relationships with business clients and key decision-makers.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct client meetings and deliver effective sales presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.

• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 1-3 years of B2B Inside Sales or Telesales experience.

• Experience handling the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable making 70-100 outbound calls per day.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Willing to work from the Bangalore office.

• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
