### Sales Executive – Vrindavan

**Job Summary**

Vrindavan is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer enquiries, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, arrange visits, counsel families, and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills, with empathy and patience while dealing with senior citizens and their family members.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate and handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals and field activities.

* Understand customer and family requirements and explain Vrindavan’s services appropriately.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

* Schedule and coordinate centre/site visits for families.

* Build trust and strong relationships with customers and their families.

* Handle customer objections, queries and pricing discussions professionally.

* Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, admissions and collections.

* Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

* Develop referral networks with doctors, hospitals, senior citizen groups and other relevant sources.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.

* Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

### Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong counselling and persuasion abilities.

* Empathy and patience while dealing with senior citizens and families.

* Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

* Strong follow-up and closing skills.

* Customer relationship management.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, WhatsApp and digital communication.

* Willingness to travel for field visits when required.

### Preferred Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Telecalling, Healthcare, Hospitality, Senior Care, Real Estate or related service industries.

* Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also be considered.

### Performance Expectations

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain a healthy lead-to-visit and visit-to-admission conversion ratio.

* Focus on both new customer acquisition and referral generation.

**Compensation:** ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
