Sales Senior Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Education Counsellor with a strong flair for marketing and sales in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in counselling students for paid courses such as Data Science, Data Analytics, and Full Stack Development. This is a target driven role, ideal for someone who is passionate, persuasive, and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on career-oriented courses and guide them toward appropriate training programs. Actively promote and market our paid programs through calls, walk-ins, social media, and offline campaigns. Achieve monthly admission targets (20–25 closures). Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups and consistent communication. Handle end-to-end admission processes from inquiry to enrollment. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and closures.

Key Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or regional language). Highly persuasive and sales-oriented mindset. Prior experience in education counselling or EdTech sales is preferred. Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines. Quick learner with a passion for career counselling and student success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of relevant experience in counselling/sales in the education or training industry.
