Senior Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Counsellor to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales performance.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
