Looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive national market expansion and revenue growth across India. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in scaling businesses, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive pan-India business development and revenue strategy
• Expand into new markets, sectors, and customer segments
• Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks nationwide
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams and channel partners
• Manage key relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients
• Identify and drive tender & project-based business opportunities
• Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and market insights
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial/product sales (pumps, MEP, water systems, etc.)
• Strong experience in channel development & institutional sales
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-regional teams
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and market expansion skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
