Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Admission Counselor / Team Leader to lead the counseling team, drive admissions, manage leads, and achieve team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.

• Handle and convert leads into successful admissions.

• Manage daily follow-ups and ensure effective lead conversion.

• Achieve individual and team admission targets.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the counseling team.

• Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback to team members.

• Train new team members on counseling, sales, and follow-up processes.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

• Coordinate with management and other teams to ensure smooth admission operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, Education/EdTech, or related sales roles.

• Prior experience in team handling/team leadership will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

• Target-oriented with strong sales and conversion skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech industry will be preferred.
