Job Overview: As a Segment Manager Product Sales you’ll operate at the intersection of product management, marketing, sales, and profitability. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings, taking them to market, driving sales, and ensuring sustainable growth This is an execution driven role ideal for someone who loves taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
•Take complete ownership of investment products in specific segments.
•Collaborate with tech, operations, and design teams to improve product features based on user feedback.
•Analyze product usage, feedback, and retention metrics to ensure user satisfaction.
Sales & Business Growth:
•Drive both direct and partner led sales across online and offline channels.
•Manage the sales pipeline and ensure achievement of sales targets.
•Optimize conversion metrics and lead the closure process.
Marketing & Go to Market (GTM):
•Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches.
•Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, sales content, and lead generation.
•Generate and close digital leads effectively.
Profitability Insights:
•Track product level profitability (P& and unit economics.
•Develop pricing strategies and identify growth drivers.
•Own business KPIs and regularly report progress.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree MBA in any discipline (Finance, Marketing preferred).
•Minimum 6 months of experience in product, sales, or business development roles.
Skills:
•Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and CRM tools.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision making.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
