We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Tmd Software Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company software.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a simple and convincing manner
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Conduct basic product demos over call or online platforms (WhatsApp/Zoom, etc.)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to close sales
Update call details, leads, and sales status in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support
Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Convincing Skills, Communication, and call handling is an added advantage.
