Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller with an interest in the stock market to promote financial products and services. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining stock market–related services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote stock market services
Explain products such as trading accounts, advisory services, or investment plans
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Update client details and call records accurately
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market
Sales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers can apply)
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in stock market, trading, or financial sales
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Professional phone etiquette
