Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to promote and open Demat & Trading Accounts for our stock broking services. The role involves outbound calling, client engagement, and converting leads into active account holders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain stock market investment benefits and our Demat account services.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new leads through references.
• Convince customers to open Demat & Trading accounts with us.
• Provide accurate information about account opening procedures, brokerage charges, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion records.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and back-office staff for smooth account activation.

Requirements:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / telesales / banking / stock broking (freshers with good communication are welcome).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi, English, and local language).
• Good knowledge of the stock market and financial products (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
