What will you drive?
● This role involves achieving defined conversion targets.
● Guide customers looking to sell their cars by helping them list their vehicles on the portal.
● Coordinate with potential buyers to facilitate smooth negotiations and deal closures.
● Focus on maximizing conversions to meet targets and contribute to revenue generation for
the company.
● Provide customers with information about our products and services through effective and
engaging communication.
● Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve their
issues promptly.
● Understand customer needs thoroughly and offer suitable solutions to their queries.
● Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the
system.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer concerns and
deliver a smooth journey.
● Meet daily and monthly targets related to call handling, customer engagement, and
successful conversions.
● Stay consistently updated on product features and market trends to deliver accurate, relevant, and compelling information to customers.
Who are we looking for?
● A dynamic individual with 0–8 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, inside
sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
● Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to build trust and rapport over calls.
● A proactive problem-solver who can quickly understand customer needs and offer effective, solution-oriented responses.
● An individual who is comfortable managing payment-related discussions and can ensure a
smooth, transparent, and satisfactory customer journey.
● Someone with a target-driven mindset , capable of working in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieving daily and monthly conversion goals.
● A team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first approach.
● Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage to connect better with diverse customer base.
