Position: Healthcare Advisor / Healthcare Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented female Telesales Executives for our Health & Wellness business. Candidates with prior experience in the Health & Wellness industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
Explain health and wellness products/services to potential customers
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information

Requirements

Female candidates only
Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience
Experience in the Health & Wellness industry is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Qualification

Graduate or Undergraduate
Relevant telesales experience preferred
