Job Description: Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and Support:
o Building, maintaining & assisting the sales team including the field sales executives, sales callers, etc. in organizing and managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
o Act as a liaison between the sales team and drawing draftsmen to ensure seamless communication
o Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
2. Sales Process Optimization:
o Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
o Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
o Monitor and manage sales-related inquiries and ensure timely responses.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
o Generate regular sales reports for management review.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related documentation.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
o Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
o Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Net Metering and Tender Submissions:
o Handle the submission of online net metering applications & process.
o Prepare and submit tenders under assistance, & ensuring compliance with all requirements.
o Manage the process of Bank Guarantees (BGs) as needed for business transactions.
