Team Leader (Sales)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales team members
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Lead customers through the agreement stage or escalate high-value deals to the Sales Head
• Provide regular updates to the team on project details, new launches, and company offerings
• Track and review daily sales performance, preparing reports for management
• Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s communication and negotiation skills
• Assist with customer site visits when needed, ensuring a smooth experience
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
• Work from office along with the project team
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales leadership or real estate sales preferred
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and drive team performance
• Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred
• Willingness to travel for site visits and lead client interactions
