Sales Representative

•Responsibilities:•

- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

2. •Property Sales and Marketing:•

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties and clients.

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.

- Create and distribute marketing materials to promote properties.

3. •Negotiation and Sales:•

- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients.

- Facilitate transactions and ensure smooth closing processes.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations.

4. •Market Research and Analysis:•

- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, prices, and regulations.

- Provide expert advice to clients based on market analysis.

5. •Administrative Tasks:•

- Prepare and execute sales and rental contracts.

- Maintain accurate records and files.

- Utilize CRM software and other relevant technology.

6. •Networking:•

- Attend open houses, networking events, and conferences to expand professional network.

- Build relationships with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals.

7. •Compliance:•

- Familiarize yourself with local real estate laws, regulations, and ethics.
