Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.

• Convince and convert leads into customers through effective communication and sales techniques.

• Maintain proper records of interactions and update CRM/Excel sheets.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
