Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Training of Createx and Allura range of textures designs in assigned geography; site support of contractors, and aid in execution; and driving business through given set of dealers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Responsibilities:

1.    Training of Textures: Duracast, Createx & Allura range in all BHPS counters in the assigned geography.

2.    Supporting BHPS team for on-site contractor / applicators training as & when required, for site conversion.

3.    Meeting the CML once every 2 months and making sure there MS points are getting uploaded.

4.    Drive sales of Allura, Createx given set of CML contractors.

5.    Preparing Panels for Exhibitions & Other Events.

6.    Helping Brand team with application for various new trials.

7.    Visiting complaint sites & rework on the same if required.

8.    Market survey / scanning while on tour for developing new finishes in duracast, createx & Allura range products.

9.    Helping Technology / Marketing team with application for various new products & their trials.

10.          Training to vendors who create collaterals regarding new products

11.          Weekly reports of training status, site conversion, and target achievements.

Other Responsibilities:

1.    Pick up & transport of Panels / ICM from One place to Other if required.

2.    Maintaining database for training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential: Graduate passed in any Stream; Full time Graduates will be preferred. Background in paint is preferred.

Regional Language fluency is a must. To also be able to communicate in Hindi/English.

Male candidates (Age between 21-25)
