Urban Company is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to manage supply planning, partner onboarding sales, and city-level operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage service professional supply to meet city demand
Onboard and grow the partner base through on-ground sales
Drive city operations, partner performance, and service quality
Support market expansion and new category launches
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and on-ground execution skills
Experience in sales, business development, or operations preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
